Laurel Ethier

Laurie joined our agency in 2012.  She has over 40 years of experience working with children from preschoolers through high school.  She has worked with children presenting with a wide variety and severity of speech and language difficulties, including articulation, phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, fluency, voice and language disorders.  She also has experience evaluating and working with children with Autism, Down Syndrome, language learning disabilities, developmental delays, and children with multiple disabilities.  A native of Wisconsin (yes, she is a cheese head!), she received her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and a Master of Science in Speech-language Pathology from University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point.  She has worked in Iowa, Georgia, and now New Mexico in a variety of settings, including public schools, a private school for the hearing impaired, clinics, and home settings.  She is delighted to be working with Christina Brown & Associates!
